Costiera Amalfitana Known in Italy as it is in the tourist area of southern Sorrentine Peninsula, in the province of Salerno. The coastline that stretches to identify with the region between the towns of Positano Amalfi - Vietri sul Mare and west - east.
The entire coast is extremely steep with some absolutely fantastic scenery, is crossed by a road which at times was dug in the rock, or perched on the bridges and cornices.
Lattari Mountains, with heights up to 700 meters on the shore line (and up to 1,400 meters within the peninsula), which plunges steeply in the Tyrrhenian Sea is extremely clear and warm throughout the summer.
