Olang is situated at 1,048 m in the heart of Val Pusteria and is composed of the Oberolang, Mitterolang, Niederolang and Geiselsberg districts. The picturesque village at the foot of Plan de Corones is nestled between Alps and Dolomites: surrounded by
the impressive Prags Dolomites to the south and the Riesenferner Massif in the north, a fascinating panorama awaits. From Geiselsberg you have direct access to the ski area. A free ski bus runs every 20 minutes from all districts to the valley station Gassl
at Geiselsberg in winter.
Modern lift systems, short waiting times, very well prepared pistes and gorgeous views make this ski area one of the loveliest in the Dolomites. Tobogganing fans will also know the name, as the tobogganing world championships were held here for the second time
in 2000! Moreover, numerous leisure activities are available, the different restaurants and lodges invite you in for refreshment and you will certainly find just the right souvenir in the shops.
