**Residence Kuddie Rosse** is located in Contrada Mursia, on Pantelleria island. From here, when the sky is clear, the coast of Tunisia and the picturesque lighthouse of the African coast are both visible. The beach is 300 metres away, while the town centre is 2 km away. Due to its location, we recommend renting a car or a scooter.
This Mediterranean style residence, characterised by local colours such as white for the lime, red for the tufa of the "kuddie" (lava flow) and black for the lava stones, consists of some adjacent units, separated by a central pathway, both arranged over three levels. The upper floors are connected by external stairs.
Common facilities include a reception (open at set times) and free Wi-Fi.
The mandatory Card Secrice, with a fee per person payable locally, includes: final cleaning, energy consumption, and transfer from/to the airport.
A free and unattended car park is also available.
