**Villa Tilia** is a farm located in the Vallesina valley, in a quiet and reserved area, at the gates of the medieval town of Mergo. The Frasassi Caves are less than a 30-minute drive away. Fabriano, a town known for the production of paper, is about 30 km away. Sirolo, to the south of the slopes of Monte Conero, is 65 km away. Ancona Airport is 35 km away.
This villa, beautifully renovated while preserving its original architecture, consists of several buildings that look like typical Marche farmhouses.
The main unit is characterised by walls with exposed stones, ochre-coloured stucco and wooden doors and windows.
Check-in operations with key delivery are performed directly on site. Late check-in must be reported in advance.
Outside there are several relaxation areas and a fully fenced children's play area.
The large swimming pool, with a solarium equipped with parasols and sun loungers, is the ideal place to stay cool on the hottest days.
