Treviso is a city in northern Italy and capital of the province with the same name.
It is a pleasant city with many attractions that deserve attention, but which serves the basis for proper leaving for trips in surroundings.
Rebuilt after the bombing in the Second World War, the town center is a cluster of narrow streets lined with sidewalks and arcades. Looking up you can see fragments of paintings that once decorated the homes of Treviso.
The city is surrounded by walls and aqueducts. Sile River runs south of downtown and its waters are directed into channels through town, lined with green houses and banks, weeping willows, fountains and small parks.
