The so-called Europ Walk ("Europa Stroll") is a naturalistic route that runs on the former Genoa-Ventimiglia railway (closed in 1970), which connects Varazze with Cogoleto. It passes through the rocky landscape of the Maquis shrub, including the Aleppo
pine vegetation, and overlooks a number of small harbors that harbor wildlife.
We can also observe remnants of the medieval walls.
The beach "Bagni Pinuccia" is one of the oldest beaches in Liguria, founded in 1890 by Antonio Piazza. It is the first beach you meet along the coast, after the new "Marina di Varazze", being completely renovated in 2008, with a new and modern look, with a
note of the past and the beautiful nature around it.
Other well-known beaches are: Bagni Jolanda, San Domenico Beach, Stella Stella, Baia del Corvo, Nautilus Beach, Torretti, Bagni alla Mola Varazze, Bagni Santa Caterina, Bagni Diana, Bagni Milano Lido Varazze, Bagni Rosso Peru, Bagni Delfino, Bagni Cavetto,
Bagni Margherita Branch.
There are also many churches in the area.
The church of Sant'Ambrogio has a Romanesque facade and a bell tower in Gothic-Romanesque style, with three molded windows. Inside there is a polypi of Giovanni Barbagelata and a panel of Luca Cambiaso with Madonna and Saint John the Baptist and Francis.
