The hotel is located in the heart of Porto Garibaldi, right on the beach. It has 20 rooms and is open year-round.
It is approximately 300 meters from the canal port that connects the town of Comacchio to the sea.
The hotel offers 20 bright and modern rooms. All rooms feature a private bathroom with shower, minibar, safe, LED TV, hairdryer, and air conditioning. In the summer, guests can enjoy the sandy beach, while in the winter, a pool with jacuzzi and chromotherapy is available for a truly relaxing stay.
Room types:
Single Room with Disability Access – features a queen-size bed, an interior-facing window, and is located on the ground floor.
Double Room with Twin Beds – has two separate beds facing each other, ideal for friends. The room includes a small balcony with sea view and is located on the 1st or 2nd floor. Guests can enjoy the sunrise directly from the room in the morning.
Double Room – located on the 1st or 2nd floor, with a double bed and a window overlooking the inner street.
Double Room with Sea View – features a double bed and a small balcony with sea view, located on the 1st or 2nd floor.
Triple Room – has a double bed and a single bed, with either an interior view or partial sea view, located on the 2nd floor.
Quadruple Room – equipped with a double bed and two single beds, ideal for four people. It includes a French door and a small balcony overlooking Viale dei Mille.
The hotel has only two floors and does not have an elevator.
The Jacuzzi room contains a four-person hot tub with shower and a lamp that emits relaxing lights

The hotel does not have private parking as it is located in the town center, very close to the beach. A few meters away, there is free public parking (white lines) and paid parking during spring and summer months (blue lines). In July and August, the cost of parking on blue lines is 4 EUR per day.
