Location:
Club Hotel Marina Seada Beach is located 42 km south of Olbia, 6 km from the town of Budoni, 11 km from the beautiful port of Ottiolu and about 20 km from the bustling city of San Teodoro.

Room facilities:
The 80 rooms, finely furnished in typical Sardinian style, are large, bright, with private entrances and distributed in three buildings submerged in gardens or in the private pine forest of the structure. The rooms have a single space, sometimes attics, equipped with all comforts such as telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), safe, bathroom with shower, hair dryer, balcony or terrace equipped.

Room types:

Rooms are divided into the following types:

Classic room (16-23 sq.m): large and bright, tastefully furnished in typical Sardinian style, can accommodate from 2 to 3 people.

Classic garden view room (16-25 sq.m): large and bright, finely furnished in typical Sardinian style with beautiful views of the garden. They can accommodate from 2 to 5 people. The fourth and fifth beds are housed in the attic or on one floor.

Superior room with sea view (16-23 sq.m): large and bright, tastefully furnished in the typical Sardinian style, enjoys sea views and can accommodate up to 4 people.

Hotel facilities:
The resort's restaurant has an indoor air-conditioned hall and an outdoor veranda directly in the pine forest. The restaurant offers typical Sardinian dishes, as well as international dishes, always served in buffet style. For breakfast, guests enjoy the assortment of coffee, fruit juices, yogurt, marmalade, croissant, cereals, pastries, toast, sausages, cheese, fresh fruit at the special corners and gluten- and lactose-free food.

For guests with early departure (at the airport and/or for excursions) there is the possibility to receive an early breakfast at the Bar between 06:00 and 07:30 (it must be communicated to the reception staff at least 12 hours before breakfast). It is also possible to have a late breakfast from 10:00 with the service reduced.

The rich lunch and dinner buffet offers a wide range of mixed appetizers, the first second dishes and dishes of meat and fish with show cooking corners, pizza, vegetable garnish, salads and dietary dishes without gluten and lactose. Fishermen's and Sardinian evenings offer guests of the resort the opportunity to enjoy the typical Sardinian cuisine and a passion for socializing.

There is a corner of the baby kitchen with kitchenette, microwave, mixer, high chairs, fresh ready-made baby products (fresh vegetable and tomato puree, UHT milk, yogurt, hazelnut cream, jam, biscuits, fresh fruit; except fresh fruit; or powdered milk, baby food).

For customers who can not dine or dine in the premises due to excursions or for any other reason, upon request, there is the possibility to have a lunch / dinner box with 2 sandwiches, cheese, biscuits, hazelnut or marmalade cream, drink or juice or wine (the menu box of lunch can be changed at the discretion of the hotel management).

At the restaurant (12:30–14:00 + 19:30–21:30): mineral water with and without gas, homemade wine (red and white), mug beer and soft drinks (Cola and Aranciata).
At the Pool Bar (10:00 – 24:00) water with and without gas, beer in a pint, soft drinks (Coca Cola and Aranciata), cold and hot tea, ice cream, fruit juices, espresso and decaffeinated coffee, cappuccino, prosecco, mirto, limoncello, local grappa. From 19:00 to 19:45 alcoholic and non-alcoholic appetizers. In the pool bar, throughout the hours of operation, there is a corner with fresh fruit. Snacks are served in the Pool Bar (11:00 – 12:30 + 17:00- 18:30): focaccia, pizza and pastries.

Beach facilities:
Directly on the sandy beach seen by a clear sea, equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds and with direct access from the hotel gardens.

Hotel services:
Immersed entirely in a pine forest, adjacent to the homonymous beach, it is composed of terraced houses linked together by green paths and the main building where the main common areas are located. At guests' disposal: reception with a large reception area, a spectacular infinity pool for adults and children adjoining the beach, a relaxation pool for adults, two bars, one central and one in the pool, an amphitheater and unattended parking.

Activities and entertainment:
The Club card includes multifunctional tennis court, basket and football, bocce court, minigolf and playground for children. Baby Club (3-5 years) and Mini Club (6-11 years) at the scheduled hours will help children to pass unforgettable holidays full of sports activities and intellectual fun.
