**Giubileo Maison** is a four-star hotel located in the quiet Rifreddo, in the green countryside surrounding the town of Pignola. Potenza railway station is about 12 km away. Potenza, known as the "town of stairs" due to its distinctive urban layout, can be reached in about 25 minutes by car. Metaponto sandy beach is 117 km away. Bari and Naples airports are located 135 and 174 km away, respectively.

N.B: due to its location, we recommend renting a car.

This hotel, surrounded by an old park with beech and Mediterranean flora, consists of a single building arranged over four levels. Common facilities include a lobby, a reception with a left-luggage office and a safe, two elevators, common rooms, a small library, an American bar, a Tavern-Club Privè, a restaurant, an indoor games room with table tennis, table football and billiards facilities and an outdoor playground with swings and slides.

For business travellers, two meeting rooms with adequate audio-visual equipment are available at an additional cost.

"Chiesetta Montana", located in the woods, is the ideal place for events and ceremonies.
