New Hotel Belvedere is located behind a hill overlooking the Gulf of Manerba which enjoys a breathtaking view of the lake. The hotel was completely renovated in  2012, the style is modern and from the old structures it remaines only the wonderful view of the lake, ranging from suggestive Gulf of Manerba up to the two islands, San Biagio and Isola del Garda.
The atmosphere is young and lively, ideal for families or couples who want a vacation with outdoors recreation and relaxation, but it is also recommended as a base for excursions because of its strategic location.
The Hotel also offers free Wi Fi in common areas and hotel rooms with a small charge.
Two large unattended parking are included in price.

The property is approximately 2 km from the large and well equipped beach called “La Romantica” situated in Manerba del Garda at Pieve Vecchia, on the south-west coast of the lake. The beach is reached by a walk of about 15/20 minute. The hotel has a nice garden with swimming pool, equiped with sun beds and umbrellas, where you can admire Lake Garda.

Rooms
Rooms are all modern, equipped with private bathroom with shower; hairdryer, independent air conditioning or heating, safe, flat LED TV WI-Fl with charge. We are pleased to offer our customers four different types of rooms: standard, lake view, standard family and lake view family.

The standard rooms are about 14 sqm, have mountain view and they don’t offer balcony, the family standards are composed of two separate bedrooms, respectively about 14 sqm and 12 sqm, bathroom, mountain view, they don’t offer balcony. Our Lake View rooms are about 14 sqm, have a balcony and wonderful lake view, and finally the lake view family rooms can have one or two bedrooms, are between 20 m2 and 22 m2, have a terrace or balcony and all offer an amazing view of the Gulf of Manerba.

Apartaments
The apartments have independent air conditioning or heating, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer; kitchenette with two hotplates, sink refrigerator and cooker hood. It is included full equipment for food preparation, coffee machine and kettle. We have 2 rooms apartments or 1 room apartment, on request we have also apartments with connecting doors. All apartments have a private terrace on ground floor, or balcony on 1 st and 2nd floor and all have a wonderful lake view.
Two rooms Superior.’ apartment with balcony and private solarium with deckchairs and umbrellas. The price is including kitchen equipment, please note that on arrival you will require a deposit of euro 10000 with a list of the material provided. The price included also initial cleaning and linen change every 7 days.

Final cleaning is compulsory and costs euro 35.00. For hotel guests we offer restaurant packages including breakfast or lunch or dinner with special prices.

At the reception we offer you the possibility to plan trips and excursions and to receive information about the connections by land or water to the main tourist area.

During the summer you can buy tickets for the shows in Verona, which is only an hours’s drive.

Our catering services include buffet breakfast, a snack bar with pools/wc service, and our pride, “Ristorante Terzo Tempo‘,we will take care about you every night with the “Haute cuisine” dishes accompanied by an excellent wine list.
Thanks to decades of experience of our Chef and his vast culinary culture we are delighted to organize from time to time cooking classes, which often allow us to invite high-level Chef.
