The property is located in a panoramic position just 600 metres from the sea and overlooks the gulfs of Lacona and Margidore. The garden has palm trees and large green areas dedicated to common spaces. Only 10 minutes by car you reach the main town, Portoferraio, with the busiest port on the island, where you can find shops, supermarkets and all kinds of attractions, as well as of course its white pebble beaches and crystal clear sea. Sea about 600 metres from Margidore and 1000 metres from Lacona.The flats, all two-room flats with 4/5 beds, are on two floors, three on the ground floor with patio and garden and three on the first floor with sea view terrace.
