The hotel is located in the most scenic part of Apiro and enjoys a wonderful view of Cingoli Lake, Mount San Vicino and the green countryside of the Marches. The town centre is around 500 metres away.

This family-friendly country house offers traditional hospitality in a comfortable atmosphere with staff who have a real passion for their work. Guests will experience first hand the famous Marche friendliness with the young and dynamic management on board. Renovated in 2012, the air-conditioned hotel has a total of 23 rooms. Guests are welcomed in the lobby, which offers a 24-hour reception and a 24-hour check-out service, as well as a hotel safe, newspaper stand and lift access to the upper floors. There is a TV lounge, a bar and a restaurant, and guests will appreciate the room and bicycle hire services (both for additional fees). Those arriving by car may leave their vehicles in the hotel car park.

All rooms come with a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a hairdryer, and offer a double bed. The rooms also come equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, Internet access, a safe and a minibar as standard. Further standard features of accommodation units include individually regulated air conditioning and a balcony/terrace.
