The Residence is located in the pine forest at the entrance of Baia Sardinia, known resort of the Costa Smeralda, near the beautiful main white sandy beach and a short walk from the center. The Residential Complex consists of 13 large apartments, of different structure and size, nicely furnished and characterized by large and bright environments.Mono 2 Pax: Attic apartments on the first floor with living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom, terrace; extra bed not available. Trilo 4: Large living room, separate kitchen, double bedroom, double bedroom, a bathroom. They can be on the ground floor, distributed internally on two levels connected by comfortable stairs, equipped with patio with table and chairs or on the first floor with balcony equipped with chairs; no extra bed available.Services to pay on the spot: consumption (electricity, water, gas), final cleaning, bed linen and towels with weekly change of ? 9.00 per person per day. Deposit of ? 150,00 per apartment. Remarks: In the rates are included: flat-rate consumption, bed linen and towels with weekly change, TV equipment, wi-fi and air conditioning (only in the living room) and final cleaning.The cleaning of the kitchenette, dishes and kitchen equipment and waste disposal are the responsibility of the client; otherwise ? 50 euros will be charged. Deposit of ? 150,00 per flat compulsory on arrival to be paid on site. Rates do not include any local city tax and resort fee that must be paid by the final customer on-site directly to the hotel.
