"Le Stanze Degli Amidei" overlooks one of the most important arteries of the medieval city, namely via Por Santa Maria, the road that leads directly to Ponte Vecchio. It is very close to the Uffizi Gallery, Piazza della Signoria and Palazzo Pitti.
It stands next to one of the two 14th century towers still standing after the bombing of World War II, known as Amidei, and was probably another tower house that no longer exists.
Inside, the rooms have been completely renovated modernly, are equipped with every comfort and have a corner with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and kettle.
Our guests are offered a welcome drink and the necessary for a small breakfast in the morning.
"Stanze degli Amidei" is housed in the 14th century "Torre degli Amidei", one of the two so-called "tower houses" near the Ponte Vecchio - the "old" bridge - which will be spared by bombing buildings. at each end of the bridge during World War II.
It overlooks one of the most important roads of the medieval city of Florence, Via Por Santa Maria, which leads directly to the Ponte Vecchio, around the corner from the Uffizi Gallery, Piazza della Signoria and the Duomo. Palazzo Pitti is just across the bridge.
It has been completely renovated and equipped with all modern comforts: all rooms have a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and kettle.
