Eight kilometers from the city of Arezzo.
The residence was built in the XVII Century upon Pieve Romanesque remains of S.Antimo and on an old convent, of wich there remains no visible traces. The Villa is situated near the old Roman road “Flaminia Minor” which connects Arezzo to Valtiberina and the
Adriatic Sea, it was used as a postal service and a fortified military garrison. The restored stone building maintains the original old structure and is furnished with authentic pieces of furniture. This enhances and transmits the atmosphere of those times.
The view from both the bedroom and living room windows, offers picturesque images of the past, amongst the olive groves and the mulberry trees it is possible to view bell towers and the main tower of Arezzo. At a distance one can also admire the Casentino
Mountains and its valley and the Chianti hills with their ancient legends.
