Located between Piazza della Signoria and the Duomo, N4U Guest House is located in the historic center of Florence, ideal for visiting museums, galleries such as the Uffizi or the Accademia and the city’s main attractions. In the immediate vicinity there are typical Florentine restaurants and trattorias famous for their traditional cuisine, and the exhibition center (Palazzo Congressi and Fortezza da Basso) can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

N4U Guest House is a beautiful house located on the second floor of a 14th-century building. Like many buildings in the historic center, it does NOT have an elevator, but a fine "serene stone" that leads to the Pension.
Located on the corner of the Corso, the building belonged to the Berti family, including the well-known Bellincione, whom Dante mentions in "Divine Comedy", especially in the lyrics "Paradiso, Canto XV, vv. 112 - 114 ”(today displayed on the side facade of the palace), as an example of the sobriety and simplicity of ancient Florence, that of the first Roman walls that were right where the palace is now. The house has been preserved with its original floor and ceilings, decorated entirely with vintage paintings. The chandeliers of different origins and unimaginable beauty belong to the private collection of the owners and with which all the rooms and common areas were illuminated.
Ideal for a romantic stay where you can relax and leave for splendid walks on the many alleys and squares of the historic center.
The renaissance atmosphere makes it a splendid corner of the Florentine tradition and an unforgettable place.

Rooms: All rooms have large windows overlooking the central Via del Proconsolo and are equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, minibar, tea / coffee making facilities and en suite bathrooms.
The rooms will be refurbished every morning from 8 am until 12 noon if they are provided by you and the bed linen is replaced every 4 days.

Keys: Guests receive the keys to both the Pension and their room. Keys must be returned at check-out. If this does not happen, we will charge you a fee.

Breakfast: Buffet breakfast is served at the hotel from 8 am until 10 am

Parking: The nearest secure paid parking of the Pension is only 100 meters away.
