Localizata intr-o zona rurala de munte,la 500 metri altitudine, vila are la picioarele ei valea Petronio si in fundal marea. Zona este o oaza verde de pace si relaxare avand avantajul marii si muntelui la un loc. Vila Oasi Verde este impartita in 2 apartamente independente,situate la etaje diferite. Apartamentul de la etajul inferior este de 60 m2, are un dormitor si o capacitate maxima de 4 persoane, o baie cu cabina de dus, livingroom openspace cu dormitorul, in care se afla o canapea extensibila, bucatarie, balcon. Apartamentul de la etajul superior, 90 m2, decomandat, este impartit in 3 dormitoare, 2 bai, hol, bucatarie/livingroom. Capacitatea este de 6 persoane. Se pot ajunge paturi de o persoana contracost. Acest apartament poate functiona si in regim hotelier( vanzarea separata a camerelor). Apartamentele sunt bine dotate cu tot ce este necesar pentru o vacanta fara griji: bucatarii bine echipate, lenjerii si prosoape disponibile incluse in pret, internet WI/FI gratuit,parcare gratuita, produse de baie gratuite. Un living room/sala de relax de 45 m2 este disponibila ca spatiu comun. Located in a rural mountain area at 500 meters altitude, the villa has at its feet the Petronio valley and in the sea background. The area is a green oasis of peace and relaxation with the advantage of the sea and the mountain in one place.
Villa Oasi Verde is divided into 2 independent apartments, located on different floors. The apartment on the lower floor is 60 m2, has a bedroom and a maximum capacity of 4 persons, a bathroom with shower cubicle, living room openspace with bedroom, in which there is an extensible sofa, kitchen, balcony. The apartment on the upper floor, 90 m2, decommissioned, is divided into 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, hallway, kitchen/living room. Capacity is 6 people. You can reach the beds of a controst person. This apartment can also be used in the hotel (separate sale of the rooms). The apartments are well equipped with everything necessary for a carefree holiday: well-equipped kitchens, linens and towels available included in the price, free WI/FI Internet, complimentary parking, free bath products.
