Sited by the access to the peninsula of Sirmione, completely renovated and integrated into a large, flourishing garden that surrounds it, in an ‘oasis of calm' a few steps from the lake, the Hotel Residence Holiday’ is a quality break for a deserved vacation and to spend intense days in the area or moreover to laze in the sun in complete relax cuddled by our flawless service that will satisfy any of your wish.
We have also comfortable lifts to get guests to the levels, where rooms or apartments are, to the indoor private parking, to the outdoor areas and to the basement.

The wide and well-furnished hotel rooms, some also with connecting doors ( ideal for families ), have balcony or terrace, some with a wonderful view on the lake, private bathroom with shower, hair-dryer, air conditioning, telephone, satellite tv, safe.

Real comfort in the name of elegance and bright environments are reserved for those who choose the Residence formula preferring the Superior Design Apartments also called Deluxe Apartments. The second floor of the Residence has been completely renovated, offering our guests a refined and modern design furniture, with light and bright colours, for a pleasant holiday in the name of complete independence.

The studio apartments, in addition to the sleeping area, are equipped with a kitchenette ( induction cooking hobs ) and balcony elegantly furnished.

You can choose amongst Deluxe Studios for two or three people, possibly even for 4 people, if the fourth guest is a child or a teen.

Or for families of 4 and 5 people we propose Deluxe two-room Apartments, made of a bedroom communicating with a living room with two or three additional beds.

The Superior apartments are located on the second floor of the Residence. Most of them have a beautiful direct and lateral view on the pool, as well as on the lake and on the peninsula of Sirmione. Some apartments have a direct view on the lake.

Amongst these ones, a beautiful Two-room Superior Apartment with a terrace, that embraces the entire apartment, which offers a view on the wonderful sunsets of Lake Garda.

On arrival, bed linen and towels are included and there is a free weekly change.

Staying in Residence formula, the breakfast buffet in the morning can be booked with an extra charge.

Deluxe apartments can also be reserved in hotel formula, including daily cleaning and a rich breakfast buffet in the morning.

TWO-ROOM APARTMENTS x 4 or 5 PERSONS:

APARTMENTS CONSISTING OF A DOUBLE BEDROOM + A LIVING-ROOM WITH TWO BEDS. About 45 sq m.
The fifth bed could be in the double room or in the living room.
