Relax Time: The Village Residence Mimi has a new and elegant open-air swimming pool, surrounded by palm trees, next to a 100 sqm solarium, with sun loungers.

Fun for Adults and Children: a prestigious tennis court, fully furnished, and a wooden playground, complete with slides, castles and merry-go-round.

Inside the Residence is made up by Villas, each one is a three-room apartment of 60 square meters, with a large porch of 80 square meters. Each Villa is built with the greatest attention for details, included two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds and a bunk bed.
All the accommodations are air-conditioned, equipped with LED TV with DTT, bathroom and shower, kitchen/living room, complete with 4 burners, thermo-ventilated oven, large refrigerator and table.

Outside, on the wide porch, surrounded by comfortable seat with decorative tile art, there is a wrought-iron table and whicker furniture with coffee table and armchairs.
Provided from the Residence, between each two villas, the occupants will find a versatile grill to warm the evenings with the taste of traditional open-pit cooking.
Broad free attended car parking and Reception 24 hours a day.

Access: Bus stop outside the Residence and Shuttle Service (free of charge on the arrival and on the departure, with fee all the other races).

Finally, the small and medium-sized pets are allowed inside the accommodations.
However, by request you can leave your pet in the box, inside the Residence.
