**Residence Sant'Anna** offers functional apartments in a scenic area in Pietra Ligure, in the heart of the Riviera delle Palme, about 600 metres from the beach and the town centre. The property offers wonderful views of the sea and of the whole coast. Savona, an important tourist port, is about 28.5 km away. Genoa airport can be reached in about an hour by car.

This intimate, family-run residence is surrounded by a lovely garden and includes a reception with a safety box, elevators, a TV lounge, a snack bar, a children's playroom, a swimming pool with a Jacuzzi area, a children's pool and a large sun terrace with parasols and deck chairs.

The private lido, available from mid-May to mid-September, is equipped with umbrellas, sun loungers and deck chairs, not included in the price.

Outside there are a playground, a grass football pitch, table tennis facilities and a bocce court.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the common areas and in all apartments, while use of the private garage is not included in the price.

-One-bedroom Classic Apartment 3 people: a living room and a double bedroom with an extra single bed;
-One-bedroom Classic Apartment 4 people: a living room with a double sofa bed and a double bedroom;
-One-bedroom Classic Apartment 6 people: a living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom with an extra bunk bed;
-Two-bedroom Classic Apartment 8 people: a living room with a sofa bed, a double bedroom and a second double bedroom with extra bunk bed. Two bathrooms.

All apartments, on the ground floor with a garden or on the upper floors with furnished balconies, have bathrooms with shower and hair dryer, telephone, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a kitchenette, a fridge freezer, a microwave, a safe, and a gas stove. Air conditioning is available on request with extra charge to be paid locally.

Some apartments are specially equipped for people with disabilities.
