The Bed and Breakfast is located on the first floor in historic palace of 15th century in the center of Florence, 10 minutes walk from the Central Train Station of Santa Maria Novella and the Duomo and 5 minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio (the Old Bridge), Uffizi Gallery, Pitti Palace and Boboli Garden... From here you can visit all the city just walking around! Our family friendly bed and breakfast can be found in the heart of Santo Spirito on Borgo San Frediano, in the historic center of Florence. It sits on the first floor without elevetor of a historical palace from the 1400’s.

The owner, Alessandra, personally manages the b&b with the help of her dedicated staff. Together, they will warmly welcome you to our b&b and help you get the most from your stay by offering advice on ticket bookings, sightseeing in the city, walking & cycle tours and restaurants.

The bed and breakfast is perfectly situated for an enjoyable stay in Florence. In fact, Borgo San Frediano is the main street of the neighborhood of Santo Spirito and leads from Porta San Frediano to Ponte Vecchio. A 5 minute walk can take you, not only to Ponte Vecchio, but The Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo Pitti and the Boboli Garden.

Santa Maria Novella station, the Duomo and the Battistero are also conveniently situated and can be reached, by foot, in approximately 10 mins. It should also be noted that a few steps from the bed and breakfast there is Piazza del Carmine, which is the center of Florentine nightlife.

Staying with us will allow you to visit the most interesting and popular places in the city whilst getting a taste of the authentic atmosphere of a neighborhood that has preserved its old charm. In the area you will find many Italian  and ethnic restaurants, trattorie or gastronomies for any esigence and taste. There are also many pubs, clubs and nightclubs in the area where you can sip a cocktail or a beer, whilst enjoying the music and good company.

Our philosophy is to welcome our guests into a friendly and informal environment and make them feel at home. We do not impose curfews to return at night or for breakfast in the morning. On arrival, you’ll receive keys for the front door, therefore you can come and go as you please. We’ll also leave the kit for breakfast in your room to allow you to wake up with the right feet at any hour.
Rooms Type

Deluxe room – Description
The spacious Deluxe room is available either with a queen-sized bed or twin single beds. The room can be made suitable from one to five persons.

This rooms overlooks Borgo San Frediano.

Superior Room – Description
The spacious superior room can host from one to three persons either with a queen-sized bed or twin single beds and satisfy different esigences thanks to its flexibility.

This rooms overlooks in courtside.

HELPFUL INFORMATION:
•    Check in is every day with reservation from 9.30 am to 1.30 pm. After 1.30 pm until 11 pm it is possible to do the check in with reservation. You are invited to communicate your expected time of arrival at least one day prior.
•    The city tax is not included in the cost and must be paid in cash on arrival. The cost is 4.00 euros per person per night.
•    Cancellation policy:
Cancellation over 7 days before the date of the arrival incurs no penalty.
Cancellation between 6 and 5 days before the date of arrival incurs a penalty of 50% of the total charge.
Cancellation between 4 and 2 days before the date of arrival incurs a penalty of 70% of the total charge.
If you cancel 2 days before, or less, there is a penalty of 100% of the charge. After your arrival we do not accept cancellations so if you want leave before or arrive after you must pay for all the nights you initially booked.

BREAKFAST:
In your room you will find everything necessary to prepare an Italian breakfast each morning; croissants, melba toast, biscuits, jam, chocolate, tea, soluble coffee or coffee pod to use at the coffee machine for espresso coffee.
The fridge is available for your use to keep any food you might purchase fresh and tasty and we also have the kettle and microwave oven that may be used for the preparation of food and drinks.
