Position: Surrounded by six and half hectares of olive trees, on the hill top of Alezio’s countryside, near Gallipoli, Tenuta Monticelli is neither a classic farmhouse nor a typical local masseria, rather a bio-relais. Immersed in the brilliant and unique country colours of Salento and surrounded by 450 secular trees, whose trunks resemble natural sculptures, it dominates the Gallipoli Bay, only 3 km away. Located on the ground floor, each with an independent private patio in the green, and on the first floor with a panoramic terrace and one with a jacuzzi pool, they all boast beautiful white walls, light grey painted wood doors and windows, granite flooring, handcrafted furniture, wrought-iron or canopy beds, large glass mosaic bathrooms, a white pickled wood harbour. Restaurant: In the morning, a rich breakfast is included offering handmade pies and biscuits, jams and marmalades. The parking, in the shade of secular olive trees, is free for all our guests.
