Studio apartments (2+2 beds) in Residence Tramonti expand on a 22 square metres surface, and are all situated on the second floor. These cosy apartments are composed of a living room/dining room with a kitchenette (two electric plates), double bed and bathroom.
Depending on your needs, you can choose to stay in: typology B studio apartments, with a double and bunk bed; or typology D, equipped with the usual double and a double sofa bed.
Residence Tramonti offers also typology C studio apartments, with double sofa beds. B and D typologies are equipped with a balcony, while typology C lacks it.
Two-Room Cottage
The two-room apartments (2 guests) are 100-150 meters from Residence Tramonti; all on the ground floor with a wide furnished garden, they have an area of about 30 sqm, consist of a dining/living room with a complete kitchen and a sofa, a double bedroom, a bathroom
with shower, TV and air conditioning.

Bilo Residence
The two-room apartments (4 + 2 beds) occupy a surface of about 45 square metres. Equipped with all comforts, they are welcoming and liveable. At Residence Tramonti, you can choose between ground floor two-room apartments (Typology A), to enjoy a nice adjacent
garden, or the first floor’s, with (Typology A1) or without the balcony (Typology A2).
The beautiful two-room apartments are formed by a living-dining room with kitchenette (two electric plates) and two sofa beds, double room and bathroom. Suitable for families and small groups of friends.
Trilo Cottage
The three-room duplex apartments (4+1 guests) are 500 meters from Residence Tramonti; with a wide furnished garden, they are on two levels and have an area of about 65 sqm. They consist of a dining/living room with a complete kitchen, a double sofa-bed and
a bathroom on the ground floor and a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom with shower, TV and air conditioning on the first floor.
