3Gigli is near the central station of Florence Santa Maria Novella, in the historic center, in via Palazzuolo 55 black, first floor without lift, just 5 minutes walk from the central station of S. Maria Novella, 15 minutes from the Duomo, Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio,
Stazione Leopolda, Municipal Theater, 10 minutes from the Fortezza da Basso (where there are fashion events and more), 30 minutes from the Cascine Hippodrome (for Rock Festival, marathons, for walking, fishing competitions, weekly market of the Tuesday), 40
minutes from the Artemio Franchi stadium. The Tower of Palazzo Vecchio is seen from below the house.
Via Palazzuolo is an ancient road (the house is from 1905), picturesque, rich in history, where the violinist Veracini and the Vespucci family lived. The nearby Church of Ognissanti is rich in works of art and can be visited for free. The beautiful Simonetta,
model for the Botticelli paintings "Venere" and "Primavera" (visible in the Uffizi), is buried in this Church. In the Ognissanti church there are also a Crucifix painted by Giotto, the tombs of Botticelli and Carolina Murat (Napoleon's sister) and the Last
Supper painted by Ghirlandaio in the refectory.
