location: The charming villa is located in a quiet residential area approximately 200 metres from the Lido pier which is 10 minutes by boat to San Marco Square. About 500 metres in the opposite direction there is one of the top 10 best city beaches in the world. rooms: The elegant, bright, and peaceful rooms have been totally refurnished according to the latest bio-architectural principles, offering high quality, environmentally friendly, and safe accommodation. The rooms, furnished following the ancient Chinese practice of Feng Shui, are medium in size, in excellent condition, and equipped with all the modern comforts. The bathrooms are also in extremely good condition. restaurant: There is a breakfast room on the ground floor, warm and well presented, overlooking the gardens, where in the warm season breakfast is served. The buffet breakfast offers a selection of organic products. exterior: The 2-storey villa dates back to the Belle Epoque when Lido was one of the trendiest resorts in Italy. It is surrounded by beautiful and sunny gardens and it is painted red with green shutters at the windows. lobby: The lobby, on the ground floor, is small but pretty, with a few seats and a table with a big vase of fresh flowers. general: This is a small, charming property ideal for who prefers a homey atmosphere and a friendly and efficient quality of service, typical of a family-run business.
