Villa Le Piazzole is a small paradise close to the heart of Florence. With a short and pleasant walk among centenary trees and marvellous villas you will reach the famous Ponte Vecchio, the Piazza della Signoria and the Duomo. Originally built as the ancient summer residence of the Acciaioli family, the Villa preserves all its charm after a long and respectful restoration. Strategically located between the countryside and the city, less than three thousand meters far from its centre, it sits on top of the Arcetri hill with a stunning view over the Carthusian Monastery (Certosa di Firenze).
We always strive to supply the highest standard of services. The small wellness area features modern gym equipment, hot tub and Turkish bath. The pool is connected to the relax area, offering a fantastic way to chillout while enjoying an amazing view. In the elegant halls of the Villa as well as in the Orangerie, you can organize private gatherings, business meetings, family celebrations and ceremonies of every kind.

The Rooms

Located in the noble wing of the Villa they retain the taste of the ancient owners in their furnishings and architectural details. Decorated with antique furniture, the rooms offer efficient and modern services, making them enjoyable in every season. Every window offers a stunning view over the surrounding nature, without compromising its natural harmony.

The Apartments

Spacious, elegant and decorated with precious period furnishings, the apartments are located in the Farm section of the Villa. They are all equipped with autonomous all-seasons climatization system, modern and rational bathrooms, kitchens with complete accessories. Each window is a frame in which you can contemplate the ever-changing paintings formed by the surrounding hills and gardens.

In addition to the high-quality comfort offered by the rooms and apartments of the Villa, guests can enjoy: the Villa’s internal halls; The Italian Traditional Garden with its statues; The green and shady Secret Garden; The Swimming Pool with its amazing view of the Florentine hills; The Aia with terracotta pavement overlooking the Chianti hills in all their natural splendour; The Theatre, an ancient remembrance of cultural evenings in Villa, which can comfortably accommodate over one hundred guests; The Orangerie, fully equipped with modern facilities, designed to accommodate up to 150 guests for lunches and formal/informal gatherings in every season, in compliance with the city rules on noise pollution; The cellar for private meetings in a peculiar and stunningly intact ancient setting; The Farm Courtyard shrouded by rose bushes.

Villa Le Piazzole’s staff is available to guide you through the use of the gym’s exercise equipment, the large Jacuzzi tub and the steam bath. They will skilfully help you to organize visits to the famous museums of Florence, tours of the most interesting places in Tuscany and neighbouring regions as well as Wine Tasting in our own or in other cellars of famous vineries.
