**Villa Oasi Verde** is a country house, located in the Umbrian hinterland, in the Preggio area, about 20 km from the centre of Umbertide, a medieval town in the Alta Valle del Tevere. Passignano sul Trasimeno, included in the prestigious list of "The most beautiful town in Italy", is about 20 km away. The international airport of Umbria can be reached in about 50 minutes by car.
This villa is the perfect combination of country-style architecture and unspoiled nature. The residence, surrounded by a 1300sqm garden, features a private entrance with a private driveway.
Check-in operations with key delivery are performed directly on site. Late check-in must be reported in advance.
The large sinuous pool, surrounded by a lush garden, features small artificial islands and a solarium equipped with loungers.
Outside there are several relaxation areas and a barbecue area.
The pool inside the villa is a small oasis of peace where, in winter, you can experience moments of privacy and pure relaxation.
