“Poggio Tre Lune” which translates to “Hilltop of 3 Moons”, is a unique Farm Villa located close to Florence.
It is set amongst 47 hectares of beautiful farmland and sits elegantly within the rolling hills of Arno Valley.

The buildings on the property date back to the late 15th century. The original structures have been remodeled to improve the quality of living for our family and our guests, and, maintaining their charming country style and adding modern comforts. Toguether with the daily grooming of our farmland, have resulted in a new and improved architectural structure, set into perfect harmony with our surrounding landscapes; one example of this is our impressive tower, built-in 1800.

Nowadays the Farm Villa is composed of a trio of buildings that operate in perfect harmony but can function independently. They are surrounded by gardens, mature trees, and tracts of native woodland.

Poggio Tre Lune lends itself to an extended tourist season due to its location – 15km southeast of Florence by road and only 3km from Rignano Sull’Arno Railway Station. The railway offers frequent connections to Florence, Pisa, Arezzo, and other impressive Italian cities.

The estate can only be reached by country road – which prohibits large industrial vehicles – allowing it to remain as a tranquil and peaceful oasis.
