The house is ideally located for both the main attractions of the northern coast, as Sperlonga (15 miles), Terracina (37 km) and the southern part such as Caserta with its Palace, and Naples (85 km), with its port of embarkation to Capri and Ischia. Views of the countryside and the islands of Ponza, Ventonene and Palmarola. The villa is surrounded by a garden and there is terraced vegetable garden planted with vineyards, olive groves and fresh vegetables. The fresh products can be purchased directly at the gardener (who has always free access to the garden). The villa consists of a main building and 3 annexes. The access to the house is along on a narrow street. On request, guests can hire a boat (Benettau 16 m with 3 double bed cabins e 3 bathrooms) with skipper, which allows to organize pleasant and short cruises to nearby islands (Ischia 3 ¿ hours, Ponza 4 hours, Capri 5 ¿ hours).
