The small town is located on the Avisio, on state road 641 directly to Fedaia pass, just one kilometer from the town hall.
Equipped with a parish church, Dawn is mostly known as a tourist resort in summer and winter, connected to the ski area Ciampac Valley due to cable.
From city you can take excursions to the Sella mountain groups, Costabella, Monzoni and Marmolada, the famous Via Alpina last logged on a path full of wonderful views
