The hotel is spread over three floors, but has no elevator or air conditioning, thus preserving the original design of the 19th century.

Bellavista Hotel has eight rooms on three floors. Most rooms have panoramic views and all have been exquisitely restored, with their original frescoes, wooden floors and doors, along with antique balconies and windows, complete with antique furniture.
Lake View Room- The room offers a view of Lake Como
Lake View Room with Terrace- The room features a modern en suite bathroom, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a telephone with external calls, central heating and a private safe. This room type is adapted for people with reduced mobility.
Lake View Junior Suite-It is divided into a living room with desk, sofa bed and wardrobe and a bedroom with double bed and balcony. The original frescoes have been preserved and are highlighted by the antique furniture of the room.
Loft-Rooms especially suitable for families or groups of friends, each attic can accommodate 2 to 4 people.
