The property has sports facilities, independent mobile homes and a playground. Parking is free of charge.

Self-catering mobile houses come with a furnished terrace. Inside you will find a living room with sofa bed and satellite TV, a shower room and a toilet.

The aquapark is divided into two sections, a hydromassage section, ideal for relaxation and regeneration, with cervical water jets and jacuzzi beds and chairs; the second section has a traditional pool, ideal for a healthy bath in the shade of Punta Marina pine wood in Ravenna. (PROGRAM - from 10:00 to 19:00)

Private beach "Dolcevita Beach Club" - Free big parking, fish restaurant, pizzeria with wood oven on the beach, snack bar, Piadineria stand, fruit stand, beach volleyball courts.

The restaurant offers meat and fish dishes and fragrant pizza baked in our wood-fired oven to please every palace, even those of our youngest guests. Children always deserve special attention, which is why we offer them delicious, brightly colored and, more importantly, healthy menus for children. (Schedule - Lunch: 12.30 - 14:30 and Dinner: 7:00 to 22:30)

Marina Family Village Supermarket is also addressed to people with special requirements and baby stock products, gluten-free foods, typical foods and everything you need to make your pet feel at home. There is also a tobacco counter and a bazaar where you can find gift items and everything you need for your days on the beach.

- Superior furniture house (34 m²) equipped with: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, large dining room with table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen with dishes, refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher, a bathroom and veranda. Pets are not allowed.

- Comfort A/B furniture house (24 m²) equipped with: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, large dining room with table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen with dishes, refrigerator, stove, a bathroom and veranda. Pets are allowed.

- Double Comfort (12 m²) equipped with: a double bedroom, a bathroom and veranda. Pets are allowed.

- Quadruple Confort (24 m²) equipped with 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms and a porch fenced with a small gate. Pets are allowed.

- Comfort Chalet (25 m²) equipped with: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed + 1 bunk bed, a bathroom, living room with equipped kitchenette and an open wooden veranda. Pets are not allowed.
