The residence "I LECCI" is an exclusive structure with recently renovated and furnished apartments. The structure is equipped with an electric gate and reserved and free parking spaces, as well as a swimming pool and a solarium. The residence consists of 15
apartments divided into one-, two- and three-room apartments, all with independent entrance, complete kitchenette with oven and dishes, bathroom with large shower and courtesy set, comfortable mattresses and pillows, laundry area, independent heating, plasma
TV, safe, first supply of sheets and towels, balcony and outdoor private area equipped with table and chairs for outdoor living room.
Our offices and reception, where you will be warmly welcomed and followed for all your needs, are located inside the residence "I LECCI".
Facilities: garden, swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, private parking, bike rental (for a fee), laundry service, private beach area.
At the residence "VILLA ALTA" all newly renovated apartments are bright and functional. From the terraces it is possible to enjoy the most romantic and suggestive panorama of Riccione; overlooking the sea and the city. The "pool" is central, and its access
is directly from all 9 three-room apartments in the structure.
Even in "VILLA ALTA" as in all our dwellings, the green spaces are distributed wisely, so much so that the private gardens are opposite the entrance and located behind the apartments, precisely to make them reserved and perfect for moments of refreshment.
