**Villa Il Saio** is located in a quiet and private area, overlooking the rolling Umbrian hills, partly cultivated and partly characterised by thick woods. Assisi, the town of San Francesco, is about 5 km away. Perugia historic centre, with the Cathedral of San Lorenzo and the Fontana Maggiore, can be reached in about 40 minutes by car. Perugia Airport is about 25 km from the hotel.

This villa, surrounded by a large and lovely garden, is housed in an ancient medieval property, restored while preserving its original architecture. The estate, with a private entrance and avenue, consists of three independent units.

Check-in operations with key delivery are performed on site. Late check-in must be reported in advance.

There are also some comfortable relaxation areas, scattered throughout the property, such as the panoramic terraces overlooking the town of Assisi or the barbecue area.

Guests can also use the swimming pool with a solarium equipped with parasols and sun loungers and the tennis court, for a dynamic holiday in contact with nature.

Outside there is also a play area for children.

Guests can park their cars for free in the unattended and fenced car park, subject to availability.
