Inside the residence there is a swimming pool and reception desk.The structure consists of 50 apartments divided as follows: Studio 2 beds composed of living room with kitchenette and bathroom with shower; all on the first floor with pool or sea view. Two-roomed apartment for 4 people consisting of double bedroom, living room with kitchenette and two single or double beds, bathroom with shower and veranda; can be on the ground floor or on the second floor with sea, pool or garden views.Mandatory costs to be paid locally: final cleaning of ¬ 60.00 per apartment, water and gas light consumption and bed linen of ¬ 35 per person per week and security deposit of ¬ 100.00 in cash refundable on departure.Optional costs to be paid locally: towels ¬ 7.00 per person per change.Swimming pool open from 01/06 to 15/09 at fixed times.Check in from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm.Check-ins outside reception office hours must be agreed in advance. We do not accept check in after 7.30 pm if not agreed with the structure. for any check-in after 11.00pm the guests will be accommodated the next day when the office opens.
