Nero D’Avorio offers its guests a true Oasis of Well-being with a spectacular outdoor pool and large solarium. Rooms: All flats have a wide balcony furnished with a table for four, lounger and a covered smoking area. Free Wi-Fi throughout the facility. Deposit of € 200.00 required to be paid on arrival in cash or with credit card pre-authorization by signing a declaration in which the customer agrees to pay any damages. It will be fully recognized at the end of the stay, after checking the apartment.
Linen change (set for 2 persons € 15.00), mid-week cleaning (on request € 10.00, excluding the kitchenette). Compulsory final cleaning at a cost of € 20.00 per stay.
All sizes dogs are accepted and up to a maximum of 3 per apartment, without supplement. The rate included Wi-fi, parking space inside the video-controlled parking lot and 1st set of linen. Remarks: Rates do not include any local tax that have to be paid directly to the hotel in addition to the total cost. Bedding preferences are not guranteed and are subject to supplier availability.
