Public transport can be found around 100 m from the hotel, while the nearest railway station is in Oulx, some 21 km from the resort (a 30-minute journey by public transport). The Sestriere alpine ski fields are some 800 m from the hotel, while cross-country skiing can be found around 300 m away. Shopping facilities are located in the town centre (500 m) or in Cesana, some 11 km away.
The hotel comprises a residential complex of 2 buildings, located a short distance from each other, which contain a total of 244 apartments. In Palace 2 there is also the Hotel Formula, which offers meals. Facilities include a 24-hour reception, lift access to the apartments, a TV lounge, café, bar and restaurant. A laundry service and car park are also available.
The hotel offers well-furnished apartments, all of which have a large terrace with view over the ski runs. The private bathroom has a shower and hairdryer.
