The aparthotel is situated a few steps from the city centre, on a cliff above the sea which divides Scalea from San Nicola Arcella. The particularly impressive stretch of coastline on the Calabrian Tyrrhenian Sea is denominated by the Riviera dei Cedri, on the south point in the Gulf of Policastro. The residence is some 2 km from the beach and around 3 km from the train station.
The residence was built with functional and elegant architectural elements and offers a reception area, terrace solarium, restaurant, bar, supermarket, butchery, market with fruit and vegetables. Younger guests will also enjoy the kids' club. The aparthotel comprises 35 apartments and 5 junior suites. Those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the unguarded car park.
The residence offers fresh, functional and tastefully furnished apartments. They are all en suite and equipped with a shower, double beds, a TV, kitchenette, fridge and a balcony or terrace.
The residence is appointed with outdoor swimming pools for adults and children, 3 water slides, as well as a gym and sauna. Sun loungers and parasols have been laid out at the hotel and on the beach for use. Guests may join an aqua fit or aerobics session, or enjoy pedal boating, volleyball and beach volleyball. Entertainment programmes are arranged for adults and children.
The restaurant offers a Mediterranean menu, with a continental breakfast buffet, set menu lunch and dinner, and also a Calabrian typical evening.
