Position: Residenza Sole is located near the residential area of Villasimius. Famous resort at the far southeastern tip of the Gulf of Angels, Villasimius is a must for tourism in Sardinia. The residence is located just 1900 - 3000 meters from the beach. Rooms: All apartments are furnished in a simple way and according to the taste of each owner included in the frame house on two levels with small porch or patio. Restaurant: The first services such as bars, restaurants and supermarket within walking distance from the apartments about 500 meters. All other services such as bank, post office, pharmacy and shops are about 200-800 meters and are located in the center of the country. Outside: Lobby: More Informations: Services included; On site assistance, TV, some apartments have a washing machine, gas water light. OBLIGATORY COSTS: deposit € 200.00 per apartment by check or cash (it is returned upon departure). End of stay cleaning and bed linen (first supply) of € 120.00.
Obligation Return of unit free from waste and with a clean kitchenette or additional charge of € 60.00.
Optional Expenses: Extra bed linen: € 10.00 per person single bed and € 15 per double bed. Bath linen: € 10.00 two pieces per person. Pets allowed with a supplement of € 50.00. Arrivals from 17.00 to 20.00, departures at 10.00. All arrivals after 20 must be notified in advance, arrivals between 21.00 and 01.00 will be charged a charge of 50 euros to be paid locally. In case of non-communication after 1.00 am, guests will be welcomed and accommodated the following day.

To facilitate and speed up the check-in procedures, before departure send the e-mail villasimius@soleyavacanze.it copies (front/back) of the identity document of each participant.

The Region of Sardinia requires the completion of a form for each traveller. It can be made from 30 days and no later than 2 days before departure,

Upon completion of registration you will have a receipt to be presented together with the boarding documentation (plane or ferry).
You will receive an email from the Sardinia Region with the link to access the second form for health status, to be carried out within 2 days before boarding. Remarks: Rates do not include any local city tax and resort fee that must be paid by the final customer on-site directly to the hotel. Bedding preferences are not guaranteed and are subject to supplier availability.
