**Villa Tria** is located in a quiet and private area, in the green countryside of Le Marche region. The centre of Potenza Picena, located on a hill gently sloping towards the sea in Conero Riviera, is about 2.5 km away. The sandy coasts of the Adriatic are about 10 km away. Civitanova Marche, a seaside resort with many trendy clubs, is 15 km away. Ancona airport can be reached in about 40 minutes by car.
This villa, designed by the Roman architect Cassina, looks like a typical Californian villa of the '70s. It is arranged over one level with different heights and ceilings that reach up to six meters in the two halls.
The veranda is the ideal place where to spend moments of relaxation, play a pool game or simply read a book in a modern design environment.
Outside, the villa features both covered and open spaces, with private terraced gardens and a large park equipped with seats and relaxation areas.
The swimming pool, decorated with pebbles bordering its edges, is surrounded by a solarium with teak floors, sun loungers and umbrellas.
There is also a small tree house where children can have fun.
